As Producer, Director, Technical Director, Stage Manager and Production Manager some of his responsibilities have included:

Developing creative treatments with project teams. Creating proposals and budgets. Directing talent and crew for on-location and studio video productions. Coordinating with senior level speakers, guest speakers, sponsors and producers. Supervising on-line and off-line video edit sessions. Supervising staging and show crew for set up, rehearsal, show and strike at on-site meetings. Directing and calling “live” shows.  Managing production schedules, project teams and budgets.

He has created, produced, directed and staged all kinds of projects.

• Large sales meetings involving orchestras, animals, lasers, pyrotechnics, intelligent lighting, fog machines, and even a London double-decker bus.
• TV spots, training videos, video newsletters, slide shows, museum shows.
• He’s traveled shows around the USA and Europe, as well as performed a one man multi-image show in a tent in front of an audience of 5,000 at a county fair in Miami.
• He’s worked in hotels, arenas and convention centers around the country and even staged shows on the beaches of the Bahamas & Cabo San Lucas.
•  Corporate concerts staged in large tents accommodating over 1,000 people with full lighting, power, audio and backline.

  Bob has extensive experience managing teams of creative and technical people, and working in various venues and settings around the world.
